Our instant noodle machine is full automatic.
Manual operation has many disadvantages:
(1) The whole process is operated manually, which makes the operator contact the instant noodles directly, and easily produces secondary contamination, which affects the sanitary quality of the noodles.
(2) In order to adapt to the automated front-stage production equipment, a large number of back-stage process operators are required, which increases production costs and management difficulties. For example, a 120,000-pack instant noodle production line needs 15 workers after air-cooled distribution.
(3) Manual operation inevitably produces some waste.
(4) The appearance of the product is irregular, which not only affects the image of the product, but also is easy to be counterfeited by others.
MAINTENANCE DURING STOP of instant noodle machine
⑴ TURN OFF POWER AND ALL VALVES
⑵ CLEAN BRINE MIXER, MEASURING DEVICE AND PIPES
⑶ CLEAN ALL UNITS
⑷ CHECK ALL DRIVING PARTS AND CLAMP DEVICE.
⑸LOOSE TENSION UNIT DURING STOP.
⑹BESMEAR EDIBLE OIL ON ROLLERS, SLITTER, CUTTER TO PREVENT RUSTINESS.
⑺ CLEAN FRYER AFTER TEAKING OIL OUT TO OIL TANK,
⑻ CHECK CONNECTION CONDITION BETWEEN FRYER CHAIN AND NOODLE BOX,BOX-COVE, CONVEYING MESH.
